Where Striking and Grappling Come Together
Adult MMA at Davis Martial Arts & Fitness in Pilot Point is the class where the pieces connect. You take the striking from Muay Thai and kickboxing, the grappling from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and the takedowns and scrambles in between, and you learn to move between all of them the way a complete martial artist does.
It is a once-a-week integration class built for teens and adults who already train, or who want to train, the full game rather than a single range. Every round is controlled and coached, and the intensity scales to who is on the mat that night.

What Adult MMA delivers.
The Complete Game
Striking and grappling stop being two separate classes. You learn to throw hands, close the distance, take it to the ground, and control from there, the way real mixed martial arts actually flows.
Skills That Reinforce Each Other
Everything you drill in our BJJ and Muay Thai programs shows up here with a purpose. Cross-training the ranges makes each one sharper, and MMA is where it all comes together.
Controlled and Coached
Live rounds are supervised and scaled to experience. The goal is skill, not a beating, so you can train hard and still walk into work the next morning.

I started going here with little to no experience. A sense of nervousness was gone instantly when the coaches and students started helping me immediately. Everyone is super helpful and knowledgeable, they made it super easy to get into. I’m looking forward to my future here!

I just started here a couple of weeks ago and I have really enjoyed it. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. If you’re thinking about joining but have reservations about it, go for it, you won’t regret it. Cameron is a great instructor and very professional.

I can’t say enough good things about this family-owned BJJ academy. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family, not just another student. The instructors are not only incredibly skilled but also patient, encouraging, and truly dedicated to helping everyone—kids and adults alike—reach their goals.
