Striking That Doubles as the Best Workout of Your Week
Muay Thai and kickboxing at Davis Martial Arts & Fitness in Pilot Point blends the "art of eight limbs" with the footwork and combinations of kickboxing. You learn to punch, kick, knee, and move with real technique: on the pads, in drills, and, when you are ready, in controlled sparring.
It is also the most honest cardio there is. The conditioning is a side effect of learning a real skill, which is exactly why people stick with it. Every class scales to your level, so a first-timer and a seasoned striker can share the same room.

Cameron Davis
Head Instructor & Owner · 5th-Degree Black Belt, Krav Maga
Cameron Davis leads the striking program at Davis Martial Arts & Fitness. He is a 5th-degree Krav Maga black belt, a system built on strikes, elbows, knees, and clinch work, and he teaches the Muay Thai and kickboxing classes from that same striking foundation. Beginners learn clean fundamentals at their own pace, and experienced strikers sharpen timing, distance, and power.

I just started here a couple of weeks ago and I have really enjoyed it. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. If you’re thinking about joining but have reservations about it, go for it, you won’t regret it. Cameron is a great instructor and very professional.

I can’t say enough good things about this family-owned BJJ academy. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family, not just another student. The instructors are not only incredibly skilled but also patient, encouraging, and truly dedicated to helping everyone—kids and adults alike—reach their goals.
