Do I need experience?
No experience is required. Every program has a clear beginner path and instructors are trained to start each student exactly where they are. The first class is designed so a brand-new student can step on the mat, follow along, and walk out feeling capable.
What should I wear?
Comfortable athletic clothing is all you need for your first class. Shorts or sweatpants and something you can move in work well. Training happens barefoot on the mat. Loaner gear is provided for your free first class, so there is nothing you need to buy.
Can parents watch?
Yes. A dedicated parent observation area is available and parents are encouraged to watch the full first class.
What programs do you offer?
Programs run for kids, teens, and adults. Our Kids BJJ program is built for younger students, while Adult & Teen BJJ, Krav Maga, and Muay Thai & Kickboxing serve teens and adults. We also run a seasonal Summer Camp. Tell us the age and we will place the student in the right class.
How does the free first class work?
