1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pilotpointkravmaga.com and any services provided by Davis Martial Arts & Fitness ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, submitting a form, booking your free first class, or enrolling in any program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Programs and Services

We offer martial arts instruction. Program slate, age bands, and class lengths are listed on our website at pilotpointkravmaga.com/programs. Program schedules, class lengths, and instructor assignments may change. Current details are posted at the academy and on our website.

3. Free First Class

Our entry offer is one free class. It is available to new students and includes guided beginner instruction with nothing to buy to attend. No purchase is required to attend. Students who enroll after the free class may need program-specific equipment, such as a gi for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

  • The offer is a single class in the age-appropriate program for the student.
  • The free class does not auto-convert to a paid membership. No recurring charges are initiated by it.
  • After your free class, you are under no obligation to enroll.
  • Nothing is charged for the free class, so there is nothing to refund.

4. Memberships

Membership terms, pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation procedures are confirmed at enrollment. By signing a membership agreement, you accept the specific terms of that agreement, which control over any conflicting terms in this document.

6. User Conduct

Visitors and members agree to follow academy rules posted on premises, treat staff and other students with respect, and follow safety instructions from instructors at all times.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on pilotpointkravmaga.com (text, images, logos, videos) is the property of Davis Martial Arts & Fitness or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, Davis Martial Arts & Fitness is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Martial arts training carries inherent risk of injury. By enrolling, members acknowledge and accept that risk. Specific liability terms are set forth in the membership agreement.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Davis Martial Arts & Fitness, its officers, employees, and contractors from claims arising out of your use of our services or breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising under these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Denton County, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
